• This is an instant digital download for your Samsung Frame TV.
• All TV images are designed to fit perfectly into The Frame TV, as per Samsung's pixel dimensions.
• Compatible with both "No Mat" & "Mat" options on the Frame TV.
• Each image is first tested on my TV to make sure it looks awesome, before it is listed for sale.
• This image may also fit into any TV that has a 16:9 ratio, eg. LG TV. For uploading images to other TV brands, please be familiar with your TV's settings, as any post-purchase assistance may only be provided for the Samsung Frame TV.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

• Upon purchase, you will receive an email containing a link to download the file, in the email account you provided Art by Lavenia during checkout.
• The file is ONE digital download in JPG format, sized 3840 x 2160 pixels in a 16:9 ratio.

HOW TO UPLOAD THE IMAGE TO TV

• Download your purchased images to your phone from the link provided in your email.
• On your phone, download the free app called SmartThings.
• Open the app and choose the device, select 'art mode' and choose the image you want to upload from your phone gallery folder or photo storage.
• Please note that both your phone and TV should be sharing the same WIFI signal for this to work.
• Select the frame type you want, either 'no mat' or select a frame option. Click 'Set On Frame' to display the art on your TV.

• Alternatively, you can download the file to a thumb drive using a computer, and install the files directly into the TV through the USB port on the screen, then adjust the settings via your TV remote. However, using the SmartThings app method allows you to have more control options.

PRO TIP

• If you have too many photos in your phone gallery, create a separate folder for your Samsung TV artwork. This will make uploading easier.
• Adjust the brightness, contrast and color to make the image look more like an artwork or a photograph and less like a TV screen.

• Download the official Samsung app and not a similarly named one in the app store.
• This digital file is for screen use only and will not be suitable as a physical print.
• This is an instant digital download. Nothing will be shipped to you.
